boot camp

Our mission is to provide the highest quality most effective indoor and outdoor exercise program.  We help our clients get and stay fit in a  private atmosphere friendly and motivating.  Our bootcamp is designed for everyone regardless of fitness level to reach maximum fitness results in a minimum amount of time. We limit our size to semi personal training. During your workout, Jodi or Chris will ensure you will use proper form to be effective.  We will pull your best effort out of you and maintain what you would achieve without our personalized and professional guidance.
